For modern lifestyles, stable network connectivity remains a top priority. Whether streaming videos, gaming, or working, reliable internet is essential. This project deploys 3 network access points per floor, ensuring seamless Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire residence.

2. Smart Lighting System
The interior lighting utilizes GT Smart's flagship GT-BUS dual-color temperature dimming technology, with a color temperature range of 2700K to 5500K. Designed to align with natural circadian rhythms, it automatically adjusts lighting tones to suit different times of the day. Dual-color temperature dimming is implemented in common areas, the master bedroom, and master bathroom, enhancing both comfort and lifestyle quality.

3. Sensor Automation System
User-centered automation is achieved via infrared sensors that control lighting in key areas such as bathrooms. To assist elderly residents at night, motion sensors are installed in the elder bedroom, automatically activating floor lamps without the need for manual switches.

4. Smart Curtain System
Motorized smart curtains are installed in the master bedroom and children’s room. Custom scene modes—such as "Home Mode" and "Morning Mode"—provide effortless operation, eliminating the need to manually open or close curtains in winter or during sudden weather changes.

5. Customized Low-voltage & Electrical System
The entire home is equipped with tailored low-voltage and power outlets, maintaining clean and aesthetically pleasing walls while ensuring functional efficiency.
