1. Outdoor Security

The security system primarily covers the basement and first floor, including the garage and entrance garden. Cameras provide extensive coverage, enabling real-time monitoring and intrusion alerts, significantly enhancing the safety coefficient.

2. Home Theater Control

The home theater room is located in the basement. To match its superior comfort, the control system must be equally impeccable. It is equipped with the GT Home Theater Control System, which supports a vast array of protocols and allows for both local and remote debugging, greatly improving convenience for the homeowner.

3. Smart Curtains

For enhanced convenience, smart motorized curtains are installed in the common areas, bedrooms, and study on the first floor. These can be integrated with lighting and other devices through scene settings like "Home Mode" or "Morning Mode," eliminating the hassle of getting up to open/close curtains in winter or dealing with forgotten windows during inclement weather.

4. Dual-Color Temperature Lighting

For the interior lighting, the project utilizes the GT-BUS dual-color temperature dimming system, a key focus of GT Smart. With a color temperature range from 2700K to 5500K, it follows circadian rhythms to set appropriate lighting tones. This system is implemented in the common areas, master bedroom, and master bathroom to elevate the homeowner's quality of life.

5. Background Music

The background music system consists of a main unit paired with ceiling speakers. In this project, three sets are installed: one in the basement bar area, one in the second-floor living/dining area, and one in the master bedroom.

6. Sensor Automation

This involves more user-friendly settings using infrared sensors to control lighting. It's applied in areas like the garage, stairwells, and bathrooms. Considering the inconvenience for elders getting up at night, the elder bedroom has a night-time motion sensor that triggers a floor lamp. Presence detection in the garage and corridors ensures lights turn on when someone is present and off after they leave, with configurable delay settings.
